Refund & Cancellation Policy


At Australian Web Connections, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Service cancellations for server hosting: If you wish to cancel your server hosting service, you must provide us with at least 30 days' notice. We will provide you with a final invoice for any outstanding balance up to the desired end date of your subscription. We will also provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

  • Theme builders: Theme builders are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have reviewed our demo content and features before purchasing a theme builder.

  • Domains: Domains are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have checked the availability and spelling of your desired domain before purchasing.

  • Customer-requested paid features: If you have requested a paid feature that is outside of our main product list, we may or may not be able to offer a refund, depending on the supplier's refund policy. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues.

  • Case-by-case refunds: We understand that each situation is unique, and we may consider providing a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation and eligibility for a refund.


Please note that all refunds are processed at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a refund request if we believe it is fraudulent or abusive. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
