Terms and Conditions for "Free Website Building Labour" Offer

 

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the "Free Website Building Labour" offer provided by Australian Web Connections ("AWC") to its new customers ("Customers"). By availing of this offer, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and the general Terms of Service of Australian Web Connections.

 

Eligibility
To be eligible for the "Free Website Building Labour" offer, Customers must meet the following conditions:

  • Customers must be new clients to Australian Web Connections.
  • Customers must purchase a new website server hosting plan ("Hosting Plan") with AWC.
  • Customers must agree to be a customer with AWC for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the Hosting Plan purchase.

 
Scope of Offer

1.       "Free Website Building Labour": Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, Customers will receive assistance from AWC in building their website. The scope of the "Free Website Building Labour" offer includes but is not limited to:

- Guidance on website setup and structure.
- Limited CSS customization as determined by AWC.
- Assistance in setting up an e-commerce system.

2.       B- Exclusions: Depending on the Hosting Plan selected by the Customer, certain elements such as domains, themes, and website builders may or may not be covered under the "Free Website Building Labour" offer. Any such exclusions will be clearly communicated to the Customer before the commencement of the website building process.

 

Additional Paid Services

Any additional services or features not explicitly covered under the "Free Website Building Labour" offer, including but not limited to premium themes, advanced customizations, additional domains, and third-party integrations, will be considered as extra services ("Additional Paid Services").

 

Customers may request Additional Paid Services at their discretion, and the costs associated with these services will be borne by the Customer. AWC will provide a quote for the Additional Paid Services upon request, and work on such services will commence only after the Customer's explicit approval.

 
Customer Obligations

1.       Cooperation: Customers must cooperate with AWC during the website building process, providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
 

2.       Minimum Service Period: Customers agree to remain with AWC as a hosting customer for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the Hosting Plan purchase. Early termination of the hosting plan may result in charges for the waived website building labor.

 
Limitation of Liability

1.       AWC will make reasonable efforts to assist Customers in building their website as part of the "Free Website Building Labour" offer. However, AWC does not guarantee the success, functionality, or performance of the website.

2.       AWC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to any losses related to business, data, or profits.

 

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property rights arising from the "Free Website Building Labour" offer shall remain the property of the Customer. AWC shall not claim ownership of the website or its contents.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
